“Standing here at the viewpoint of Gola Rainforest National Park, I feel like I’m on top of the forest. You can see tens of miles away as far as Kailahun district, and as far as Liberia on the other end; you see nothing but lush forest, which is what nature is supposed to be. When we first arrived here, we saw the Diana Monkeys moving around on the trees. This forest is a national treasure that needs to be protected! And we need to continue to protect it. We need to do something similar in other forests across the country.”
